What you get

A bill, not a payment request

Real documents

Reclack renders the PDF itself, laid out the same as the preview you drafted against.

One stable link

The email, the PDF and every reminder point at the same page, from the moment you send.

Line items

Quantities and unit amounts, with a memo and a footer in your own words.

Automatic reminders

Overdue invoices are chased for you, on a quiet period measured in days.

Pay from any wallet

The customer settles from the chain their funds are already on.

Customer copies

Every invoice is downloadable from the customer portal, long after it was paid.

Your application

Every state change, as it happens

Invoicing is a sequence, and your systems should hear about each step rather than poll for it.

Signed and retried

Each delivery carries a signature and a timestamp, with up to six attempts if your endpoint is down.

Attached to a customer

Every invoice belongs to a customer record, so a bill is never an orphan transfer on a chain.

Or read it back

Invoices carry their status, their document and the payment that settled them.

Questions

Before you bill

Can an invoice change after it is sent?
No. A draft is editable; sending finalizes it, which is what makes the link, the PDF and the email all describe the same bill.
Who sees the invoice?
Whoever holds the link, plus the customer signed into your portal. The portal fetches the document with their session rather than from a public URL, so it does not outlive their access.
What happens when it is paid late?
Reminders stop the moment the payment confirms, and the invoice is marked paid against the transaction that settled it rather than against the email that chased it.
Do subscriptions create invoices too?
Yes. Every billing period opens a real invoice with its own document, so a subscription produces a paper trail rather than a series of unexplained charges.
